All calmCOVERS weighted blankets are hand-made with 100% cotton fabric on one side and minky fabric on the other.

For CLINICALLY DIAGNOSED conditions, the general formula to reap the maximum therapeutic benefits from a properly weighted blanket is 10% of the user’s body weight plus 1-2 pounds. Clients without a clinically diagnosed condition should order a blanket no greater than 10% of the user’s body weight.
Twin, Twin XL, and Full-size weighted blankets are made to fit the TOP of respective mattresses with no hang-over the edges.
*NOTE: User should be able to remove the blanket without any aid. WEIGHTED BLANKETS ARE NOT INTENDED TO COVER THE HEAD OR FACE.
